Mexican style sandwich originating in Mexico City consisting of 1/4 lb of pork belly cooked sous vide style then seared, topped with a whole mild roasted green chile, lettuce, tomato, fresh avocado slices served on a toasted Mexican Telera bread with our housemade chipotle aioli. Served with a jalapeno toriado (grilled jalapeno) and our housemade chicharones (pork rinds).
