A-La-Carte and Sides
A Salvadorian staple made by a Salvadorian lady with many years of experience. She makes both chicharones (pork rind) and bean pupusas. We put a little El Corazon twist to it and serve them with guacamole, Mexican crema, queso fresco, cabbage, pico de gallo and our house made salsa borracha (drunk salsa). Have one or two.
