Sonoran Hot Dog
Created in the state of Sonora, Mexico shortly after WWII. A ¼ lb. bacon wrapped weenie on a locally made grinder bun, topped with chihuahua cheese, refried beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, mustard and mayonnaise, a meal in itself. I made this hot dog on the Cooking Channel for celebrity chef Aaron Sanchez. It's absolutely out of this world.
