This dish originated in the state of Jalisco, Mexico. Young tender goat slow cooked for seven hours in a delicious mild red chile sauce and Mexican spices, using my Mom's old secret recipe, served with rice, beans and your choice of tortillas. Totally amazing. You have to try it to believe it.
